Power Skating Expert Tara McKay offers hockey players the best in skating training for hockey. Tara offers weekly power skating programs and skills camps for a variety of age and skill levels.
Tara continues to work at the grassroots level in minor hockey with several youth programs from the beginner level up to AAA. Tara has worked with young hockey players for several years and is known for her effective teaching style and age appropriate skill progressions.
Tara works with elite athletes including NHL Pro players, NCAA, CIS, OHL, Major Junior, and Midget AAA.

Weekly In-Season Power Skating
Various programs divided by age and skill level.
Weekly Spring Power Skating
Designed for players A-AAA level to improve their technical skating skills in the off-season. Tara leads players through intensive on-ice technical skating sessions focusing on improving their skating mechanics and technique. Improvements in skating technique along with a successful off-season training program will elicit significant gains for players when the season arrives. Players will experience improved power, speed and agility.
ELITE Off-Season Spring Power Skating
Offered for AAA Bantam, Midget and Junior players looking to improve and work on their technical skating skills in the off-season.
Tara leads players through intensive on-ice technical skating sessions focusing on improving their skating mechanics and technique. Improvements in skating technique along with a successful off-season training program will result in significant gains for players when the season arrives. Players will experience improved power, speed and agility.
Pre Try Out Sessions (April)
A series of sessions to prepare players for Rep try outs. Sessions will focus on conditioning and skill development including skating, pucks skills, battles and competitive games.
